Ray and Nancy Murray have the largest fund in the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay and are the lead donors to the Foundation's Leave A Legacy Challenge grant with a $1 million gift to help nonprofits build their endowments. This couple shares from their heart and gives generously.
Ray and Nancy have supported the work of missionaries for over 30 years, believing that helping people spiritually will enable them to be the best they can be. They believe that "A balance between the spiritual and worldly in one's life is important."
Ray works tirelessly for The Florida Orchestra, because "music, like religion, can change lives and enrich the community." Nancy's Fund for Women and Families in the Community Foundation helps abused women and works to strengthen families.
Ray and Nancy are leaving a compassionate legacy to the community through
their funds in the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay.
