A message from the division Chair
Fiscal 2007 has been an exciting time for the Community Foundation of Greater St. Petersburg.  I assumed the Chairmanship in November 2006 when our founding Chair, Bill Heller, was elected to represent District 52 in the Florida House of Representatives.

I am proud to report that as of the end of this fiscal year, our division balance is $7,036,088 which represents a 62% increase over the prior year.  During this same time, we distributed almost $600,000 to St. Petersburg area charities.  For the upcoming year, we are going to continue our efforts to educate potential donors and their financial advisors, form an Advisory Council which will consist of attorneys, accountants, and trust officers, and continue to make a difference locally through our grant making.

We are confident that we will continue to grow and have set a goal for the next year of $10 million! - Mary Anne Reilly, Chair

What's it all about?
St. Petersburg residents interested in learning more about philanthropy and giving through the Community Foundation, attended an evening at the home of Vicki Fox.  MORE STORY TO COME
