Fund Focus:
I feel called to a life of leadership, and as a leader I have always focused on serving those I lead and inspiring my teams to be greater than they think they can be, to push beyond their limits. Therefore the focus of the fund is to lead, serve and inspire the next generation. Which means to actively guide and empower the younger generation by providing them with opportunities, support, and a positive vision for the future, while also prioritizing their needs and demonstrating exemplary behavior that motivates them to achieve their full potential.

Leading: Setting direction, providing clear goals, and making strategic decisions to guide the next generation towards positive outcomes.

Serving: Putting the needs of the next generation first, actively listening to their concerns, and providing support and mentorship to help them grow.

Inspiring: Motivating and encouraging the next generation through positive examples, enthusiasm, and a belief in their capabilities to create meaningful change.

All donations into the fund will support charities that do the following:

• Mentorship: Actively engage with younger individuals through mentoring programs, sharing knowledge and experience.
• Empowerment: Provide opportunities for young people to take on leadership roles and make decisions that impact their lives.
• Positive role modeling: Demonstrate ethical behavior, commitment to community, and a passion for continuous learning with a foundation of physical fitness.
