皮内拉斯影响的故事 - 创意粘土

Creative Clay 的使命是通过提供表现、教育和职业体验,帮助残疾人接触艺术,从而过上充实和包容的生活。

Creative Clay’s team of professional artists provide outreach art experiences to people with disabilities, as well as children, veterans and those in shelters.

Creative Clay is thrilled to have the matching grant support of the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay for two of our projects that are essential in our staying connected to our artists while staying safe during the pandemic. The first project, Creative Clay Connects, started with a donation from Hal Freedman and Willi Rudowsky to fund our Creative Clay Connects virtual classes. We started out with three classes per week and by the end of October will have five classes, five days per week. The project has kept the Creative Clay artists connected not only to one another and their teachers, but also to the broader community through wonderful partnerships with the Raymond James Marketing team and Sheila Cowley and her team of creatives. The second project, an outdoor classroom, is in the initial stages of construction. The outdoor classroom will increase our ability to serve more artists as we will be able to rotate classes outdoors every hour so people will be able to take a break from wearing masks and be able to enjoy the plein air art-making safely right outside in our courtyard. The outdoor classroom will also provide a wonderful space for our outdoor art markets (as we are not currently open to the public inside) and a music venue for Second Saturday ArtWalks (also currently virtual).”
