This summer, we have transitioned from our previous system, Raiser's Edge, to a new platform powered by Foundant. This upgrade reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering a high-quality experience—and ensuring you have the tools and insights needed to support your giving.

What You Need to Do

  • Access the New Portal Login Instructions through your email.
  • Use the unique, personalized link in your Login Instructions email to create your secure account password.

You will be able to access the current portal through June 15.

The new Fund Advisor Portal is expected to launch in late July.

No—new login instructions will be provided.

How can I access my fund balance and grant history while the portal is under construction?

What’s different about the new portal?

The new system offers a more intuitive interface, enhanced reporting, and a streamlined grantmaking process.

How will I learn to use it?

We will provide tutorials, guides, and other resources ahead of launch to ensure you feel comfortable using the new system.

Signing In Questions
I haven't received the first time email yet.

It may take up to a full day for the system to process each custom URL and send the auto-generated email. Check your Spam or Junk folder for an email from no-reply@fcsuite.com. I’m having trouble navigating the new portal.

To help you get started, please review the video tutorials listed at the top of this webpage. These tutorials are designed to help you navigate the portal and answer most basic questions. The login link in my email only worked the first time I used it. How do I access the portal going forward?

The personalized link in your welcome email is only used once to create your password. After you've set up your account, you can access the portal anytime using the username and password you created by clicking HERE

For easy access in the future, we recommend bookmarking the portal in your web browser. You can also access it anytime by visiting our website and clicking Fundholder Login in the top navigation—the same way you used to access the previous portal.  

How do I reset my password if I forget it?

Navigate to the portal login page and click 'Forgot your password' under the Login button. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you are still having trouble logging in, please email portalhelp@cftampabay.org or call Alexandra Porzillo at 727-777-5858.

How do I recommend a grant?
  • To recommend a grant from your fund, navigate to the Create Grant Request tab. When creating a new grant request, you'll have three options for selecting the organization you'd like to support: 
  • Previous Grantee: Choose from organizations your fund has supported in the past.  
  • Search Grantee: Search our database to see if the organization is already on file.  
  • Manual Grantee: Add a new organization if you can't find it using the previous two options.
I never received my Portal invitation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact Community Foundation Tampa Bay so your invitation can be resent.

Can I access the Portal from my phone or tablet?

Yes. The Portal is available 24/7 from a computer, tablet, or mobile device.

How do I search for a nonprofit to recommend a grant?

Navigate to Grants and select Create Grant Request. Choose Search Grantee to search Community Foundation Tampa Bay's database and Candid (GuideStar Charity Check). If the nonprofit doesn't appear, use the Manual Grantee option to enter the organization's information.

Where can I see contributions donated into my account (cash, stock, etc.)?

All contributions made to your fund appear in the "Donations To My Fund(s)" tab within the "My Fund(s)" page. You can also view any donations that you have made to your own fund, or any fund at Community Foundation Tampa Bay within the "My Donations" page.

Can I copy a past grant instead of creating a new one?

Yes. Navigate to Grants > Grant History, locate the previous grant, and select Copy. You can update the description or amount before adding it to your Grant Request Cart and submitting it.

How do I switch between funds?

Use the Fund dropdown menu to switch between funds you have access to. 

What's the difference between Current Balance and Available Balance?

Current Balance is the total value of the fund. Available Balance reflects funds currently available after pending activity and administrative processes.

Can I download my contribution history?

Yes. Use the Export button to download a CSV file.

How long does it take for a grant request to be processed?

Grant recommendations submitted by Tuesday before noon are generally processed during that week's grant cycle after staff review.

What if I can't find the nonprofit I'm trying to support?

Use the Manual Grantee option if the organization doesn't appear in search results.

Can I submit multiple grant requests at one time?

Yes. Add each request to your Grant Request Cart and submit them together when finished.

Can I set up recurring contributions?

Yes. Eligible funds may set up monthly, quarterly, or annual recurring gifts.

Will I receive a receipt for my donation?

Yes. You'll receive an on-screen confirmation and a tax receipt.

Can I donate with a credit card?

Eligible users can make a secure card donation through the portal by selecting the 'Donate' button on the "My Fund(s)" page, located next to the 'Create Grant Request' button.

How often are fund statements available?

Fund statements are posted quarterly.

Where can I find my Fund Agreement?

From the 'My Fund(s)' page, navigate to the 'Fund Statements & Files' tab. Select the 'Files' tab to view a copy of your Fund Agreement.

Where can I download my statements?

From the 'My Fund(s)' page, navigate to the 'Fund Statements & Files' tab. Select the 'Fund Statements' tab to view and download your quarterly statements.

Can I update my contact information myself?

Yes. Navigate to the 'Profile' page by clicking the 'Profile' button at the top of the page. Within the 'Personal Information' tab, select 'Edit Information'. Community Foundation Tampa Bay staff will be updated of any changes.

Keeping your contact information up to date helps ensure you receive any important communications about your fund.

How do I change my username or password?

Navigate to the 'Profile' page by clicking the 'Profile' button at the top of the page. Within the 'Security' tab, select 'Change Username' in the right corner of the screen. You may also select 'Set Password' to update your password.

Can I change my username or email address?

Yes. Select Change Username in the Security section.

Can I make a gift in honor or memory of someone?

Yes. Use the Donation in Memory or Honor option during checkout.

What does 'Cover Fees' mean?

It is an optional contribution to help offset credit card processing fees.
