Thrive by Five, established in 2018, has 65+ network partners and promotes the equitable development and lifelong success of young children on their path to kindergarten. Thrive by Five Tampa Bay is a cross-sector network dedicated to promoting the equitable development and lifelong success of children aged 0-5 and brings together caregivers, agencies, businesses, and civic officials to amplify and accelerate access to services and resources for families. Working with diverse partners throughout the community, Thrive by Five aims to ensure that families with young children have the resources and the support that they need—with the shared goal of achieving 65% kindergarten readiness by 2030.

Thrive by Five fosters highly functioning collaboration across Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties by engaging a wide-reaching network that proactively connects families and caregivers with available county resources. To help serve children and their parents and caregivers, the Thrive by Five Leadership Council works together to guide the initiative’s strategy and efforts. A diverse set of stakeholders and subject matter experts collaborate and help align resources across Tampa Bay.
Thrive by Five partners with leaders in early learning to promote policies that set young children up for success and ensure equitable access to resources. Thrive by Five also supports and advocates for early childhood systems.
