The personalized link in your welcome email is only used once to create your password. After you've set up your account, you can access the portal anytime using the username and password you created by clicking HERE.
For easy access in the future, we recommend bookmarking the portal in your web browser. You can also access it anytime by visiting our website and clicking Fundholder Login in the top navigation—the same way you used to access the previous portal.

Yes. The Portal is available 24/7 from a computer, tablet, or mobile device.
Navigate to Grants and select Create Grant Request. Choose Search Grantee to search Community Foundation Tampa Bay's database and Candid (GuideStar Charity Check). If the nonprofit doesn't appear, use the Manual Grantee option to enter the organization's information.
All contributions made to your fund appear in the "Donations To My Fund(s)" tab within the "My Fund(s)" page. You can also view any donations that you have made to your own fund, or any fund at Community Foundation Tampa Bay within the "My Donations" page.
Yes. Navigate to Grants > Grant History, locate the previous grant, and select Copy. You can update the description or amount before adding it to your Grant Request Cart and submitting it.
Use the Fund dropdown menu to switch between funds you have access to.
Current Balance is the total value of the fund. Available Balance reflects funds currently available after pending activity and administrative processes.
Yes. Use the Export button to download a CSV file.
Grant recommendations submitted by Tuesday before noon are generally processed during that week's grant cycle after staff review.

From the 'My Fund(s)' page, navigate to the 'Fund Statements & Files' tab. Select the 'Files' tab to view a copy of your Fund Agreement.

Yes. Navigate to the 'Profile' page by clicking the 'Profile' button at the top of the page. Within the 'Personal Information' tab, select 'Edit Information'. Community Foundation Tampa Bay staff will be updated of any changes.
