Community Foundation Tampa Bay is pleased to announce that Oscar J. Horton, Chairman & CEO of Horton Holdings LLC, has been named Chair of the Board of Trustees. Horton Holdings owns and operates Sun State International Tampa along with other subsidiaries. Oscar has been named to the Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame and Tampa Bay’s Top 100 Most Powerful Business Leaders.
Community Foundation Tampa Bay announced that President & CEO Marlene Spalten plans to retire in June 2027 after nearly fourteen years of transformational leadership that helped establish the Foundation as the largest community foundation in Florida and one of the largest in the nation.
Community Foundation Tampa Bay is proud to share that Kory Burkley, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been named a 2026 CFO of the Year honoree by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
