In the coming weeks, we will transition from our current system, Raiser's Edge, to a new platform powered by Foundant. This upgrade reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering a high-quality experience—and ensuring you have the tools and insights needed to support your giving.

While a transition of this scale takes time, we are committed to making the process as smooth as possible. Your fund remains safe and secure throughout, and our team will be here to support you every step of the way.

With this new experience, you can expect:

A more intuitive, user-friendly portal.
Enhanced reporting and greater transparency.
Simplified, more efficient grantmaking.

Key Dates:

Now-June 15 (Pre-transition Period)

  • Continue using the current portal as usual.
  • Submit any time-sensitive grant recommendations before June 15.

Late July

  • New Fund Advisor Portal launches.
  • Fundholders will receive new login instructions.
  • Full portal functionality becomes available.

June 16 - Late July

  • Portal access will be paused.
  • Staff will process grant recommendations and gifts, email portalhelp@cftampabay.org or call Alexandra Porzillo at 727-777-5858.
  • Some processing delays may occur.
  • Our team is available to assist you.

What You Need to Do

  • Submit any time-sensitive grants through the portal before June 15. 
  • Plan ahead for any giving needs during the transition period.

  • Watch your email for new login instructions in late July.

When is the last day I will have access to the current portal?

You will be able to access the current portal through June 15.

When will the new portal be available?

The new Fund Advisor Portal is expected to launch in late July.

When will I receive access?

You will receive login instructions once the new portal is available. We’ll share additional details as the launch approaches.

Will my login credentials stay the same?

No—new login instructions will be provided.

Grantmaking & Giving During the Transition
What if I need to make a grant or a gift?

Will grants still be processed?

Yes. We will continue to accept grant recommendations and gifts. Some delays may occur, but we will do our best to minimize disruptions.
